Ixigo (2006, Gurgaon), online travel search engine, raises $15M in series B round of funding led by Sequoia Capital with participation from Fosun Kinzon Capital. Link

The Moms Co. (2016, Gurgaon), private label brand providing personal care products for pregnant women, raises an undisclosed amount in seed round of funding from Shripad Nadkarni – Co-founder of Fingerlix & PaperBoat, Nandu Nanda Kishore and senior partners from McKinsey. Link

Westbridge Capital, private equity fund acquires stake in tyre maker Ceat (1958, Mumbai), manufacturer of tyres for passenger and commercial vehicles, for $28M. Link
