Credit card design preference testing – Case Study

A 100-year-old major Public listed bank headquartered in Malaysia with its presence in the APAC region. The bank provides banking services and financial products, which include property, auto, personal loans, payment products, share financing, investment, and insurance, as well as deposits and remittance to individuals and small businesses.

The Bank is looking to launch Credit Cards in certain markets and wanted to understand the preference among its target

audience following for the card designs of Horizontal and vertical placement. In past, the Bank’s Digital Team have used more of Surveys and FGD as means to understand user preference. However, upon launch, they couldn’t collaborate the early findings with the stated response of users. Hence, their team is looking at smarter options to evaluate preferences.
